Body therapeutic yoga and TRE help the nervous system find balance, so you feel better without having to work through your situation mentally. You don’t have to understand everything about what you have been through, but achieve ease and well-being by instead feeling the body’s signals.

In body therapeutic yoga and TRE, we work through the body with what you bring. The training strengthens the body’s natural ability to regulate itself, so you can better help yourself in challenging periods, and thereby have less need for psychotherapy.
